Shipping Policy – Sprouts by Rose

At Sprouts by Rose, we work hard to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order:

Processing & Shipping Times

  • All orders ship within 1–10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Shipping times may vary depending on order volume and product type.

Carrier Delays

  • Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, Sprouts by Rose is not responsible for shipping delays.

  • If tracking shows no movement for 3 consecutive business days, we can assist by opening a claim with the carrier.

Lost Packages

  • If the carrier confirms that a package is lost, you will have the option of a refund or replacement.

Delivered but Not Received

  • If your order is marked delivered but cannot be found, you are responsible for contacting the carrier directly.

  • The carrier can provide GPS delivery coordinates and further instructions.

  • Sprouts by Rose is unable to issue refunds or replacements for orders showing as delivered.
