Returns & Refunds Policy – Sprouts by Rose

At Sprouts by Rose, each item is made with care and most of our products are custom-made specifically for you. Because of this, please note the following:

Custom Orders

  • 99% of our products are custom and non-refundable.

  • We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on custom items unless there is an error on our part.

Eligible Issues for Replacement
We will gladly replace your item if:

  • There is a spelling mistake that differs from your order details.

  • Your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage.

How to Request a Replacement

  • Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

  • Once reviewed, we will process a replacement for the affected item.

Non-Eligible Situations

  • We cannot refund or replace items due to sizing issues, color variations from screen display, or change of mind after purchase.
